Show Irregularities: · Boni ran crew for Regina. · Fire Alarm went off during "If I only had the Nerve". We were taken offline but the alarm wasn't actually turned off. The show was stopped to make a PA announcement that it was a false alarm with our apologies. Jessie silenced the alarm. Erin made an announcement on the stage to resume the show. Fire Dept did not show up. (only a 3 minute interruption) · Mic 8 went out causing us not to have Professor Marvel or Glinda's first scene on microphone. · Track 1 got caught on the SL cyc light causing the Nikko/Dorothy (Adam and Rose) flight to pull forward and then backward. This caused them to hit Jen Butler on Track 2.
Thank you to Jessie Drollette, Erin Geren and Rodd for their assistance with the fire alarm.

Please do not park in the lot behind the theatre. We have once again been threatened with a tow. We do not own this lot and they have every right to tow your vehicles.
Just a reminder: Being late is not ok. I realize that things happen and traffic gets backed up, but we have several habitual offenders. I appreciate the call/text when you are late, but please try to plan ahead for these events to be on time.
I know that today was a crazy show with fire alarms and such, but today wasn't as good a show as it has been in the past. Please try to stay focused as much as possible to make each show an absolutely GREAT show! We are selling incredibly well and each audience deserves an incredible show to go with it. With us adding a matinee, I realize that you all are getting tired. Please do what you can to stay energized and hydrated, and make sure that you rest whenever you can. We have a WONDERFUL show so let's give the last two weekends all we've got! J
As of right now, it is still unconfirmed whether or not we are adding any additional shows on Thursdays or Sundays the last two weekends. Ron will be sending confirmation when he knows.

We got through it but some of it was sloppy. With us adding a matinee, I realize that you all are getting tired. Please do what you can to stay energized and hydrated, and make sure that you rest whenever you can. We have a WONDERFUL show so let's give the last two weekends all we've got! J

| Accidents/Injuries:
Jen Butler flew into the SR wing wall causing her to put her wrist up to brace her collision and hit her head. She has a sore wrist and a bump on the head. 2 ice packs and ibuprofen (Jill) were given. Accident and Injury report filled out.

The lion costume needs to be looked at around the head, neck, shoulders. Please email Bob Cross for specific questions.
TinMan's knees are turning white. Can this be addressed?

The Wizard's jaw screw needs attention, please.
Battens 1&2 were swinging due to the flights on Track 1. Mat had to climb on top of the dimmer room to gaff down the extension cords on batten 2 so that flight wouldn't get caught on them anymore.
